DC this weekend!

Gonna be one hell of a weekend . . . tomorrow morning we're loading the van with maniacs and heading down to DC for our show at Rock N Roll Hotel. Some friends down there told me this place used to be a morgue and is rumored to be haunted. Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick

As usual, I have no idea what time we're playing but you should come rock with us. We'll be in DC all weekend so give us a shout! Cloverfield on Sunday as well . . .

First post of the New Year

For those of you who don't know me, I'm GLUE also known as DJ KrazyGlue, not to be confused with the hip-hop trio "Glue." I grew up on the south shore of Long Island, NY, and started DJing in late 1997 after four years on the LI Hardcore scene. Drum n bass/jungle occupied most of my time from 1998-2004, and during this time I helped cultivate the underground electronic music scene on Long Island, with my DJ squad Drum N Breaks.

In early 2004, Cardboard City came to life with long-time friend and DJ partner-in-crime Daryl Palumbo (GlassJaw, Head Automatica, House of Blow). For the past four years I have been DJing on the road with Head Automatica, Cage, Yak Ballz, and many other members of the CC & Weathermen family.

Recent projects include the 3-headed electro-break dancefloor monster DJ squad Sports with Daryl and Nick Hook (Men, Women & Children), Poltergeist (a dark drum n bass side project with Feight of Headhunterz Inc, DC), and Camp Blood, my solo experiments in left-field beats & breaks a la 1980's horror.

2008 marks 10 years of DJing for me, and this blog will serve as a download space for all my past & present music endeavors. I hope you enjoy the music and as always, feedback is much appreciated.

Stay up.
GLUE
